We follow the same procedures for our Phone, Zoom and FaceTime Consultations as we do in our offices. After you contact us we set up an appointment time for you to call us. The consultation will last between one and two hours. The first part of every consultation is obtaining a thorough behavioral and medical history. If possible, we would like you to either send us your dog's medical records before the appointment. After obtaining your dog's history your veterinary behaviorist will provide you with: a diagnosis and explanation of your dog's behavior problem, a personalized treatment plan, and handouts to help you implement the program. If drug therapy is recommended we will be contacting your veterinarian to prescribe the specific medication. Photographs or a 10-15 minutes video of your cat's misbehavior in action are helpful (but not required). Follow-ups are done either by phone or E-mail: The fee is $350.00 (U.S.). This covers the entire program and follow-ups If you are interested in our Phone, Zoom and FaceTime Consultations service please either call us at Tel: (781) 862-5060 or E-mail: us. |
